Networking information

The K-Link connects to the BAS LAN or VLAN and requires outbound internet access to ensure connectivity, please ask a member of your IT department to fill out this form.

Does the BAS have access to the internet? *

Yes

If the BAS does not have access to the internet, the K-Link can be used as a bridge to the internet. Mobius Carbon will request network configuration details to set up this later.

Is MAC address filtering used onsite? *

Yes

If MAC address filtering is used onsite, the device’s MAC address would need to be whitelisted to allow the device to communicate. In this case, the device’s MAC address will be shared before the installation of the device.

Does the BAS network have a BBMD device? *

Yes

For BAS networks with a BBMD device, please provide the following:
