In cases where we have been the account holder for any MPAN for less than 14 months, we commit to providing Mobius Carbon with details of all exception MPANs along with their activation dates.

I grant a general authorisation to Mobius Carbon to appoint its trusted affiliates or third parties as sub-processors to support the performance of the Mobius Carbon's services, including data centre operators, cloud-based software providers, and other outsourced support and service providers.
