I confirm that our business has been the account holder for the utilities associated with the submitted assets for a minimum of 14 months

Where this is not the case, I will provide Mobius Carbon with details of any exceptions and their activation dates

I authorise Mobius Carbon to act on our behalf in obtaining electricity and gas data from relevant suppliers, platforms, and industry bodies

I authorise Mobius Carbon to retain and process electricity and gas meter data for the purposes outlined above

I understand that some suppliers may require contact details for verification. I agree to include a named contact, email, and phone number with any formal Letters of Authority, as needed

I grant a general authorisation to Mobius Carbon to appoint its trusted affiliates or third parties as sub-processors to support service delivery, including IT infrastructure and support providers
